Alright, it’s story time, kids.
The year is 1994.  The Sign by Ace of Base is on the airwaves, and Capcom came out with a little game called Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers.
The Sign was everywhere, and to little 8 year old me, I thought they were British (they’re Swedish, I guess).  I also knew that the new Street Fighter, Cammy, was British.  So whenever I heard The Sign, I imagined it was being sung by Cammy and Chun Li.
There.  That’s my dumb story.
Did anyone else do this?

Con sketch time!
Sagat by Omar Dogan.  I either got this at the second NYCC or the first NY Anime Fest, my memory is a little fuzzy.
Omar is actually a pretty nice dude.

I was so excited when the first Resident Evil movie came out.
All I wanted was a mansion and some zombies.  Was that too much to ask for?

Linn/Lynn/Rinn Kurosawa from Capcom’s Alien Vs Predator.
Come on, Capcom!  If Konami can wrangle the rights to X-Men then why can’t you re-release this gem?

Sure, we’ve seen plenty of fan art for Street Fighter II, Alpha, hell, even EX.
But how often do you see fan art for the first Street Fighter?
